Terms of Service.
McNiel Auction Services also holds special farm and estate sales on-site. Please contact Pecos or Sarah if you have an interest in holding a special sale. Commission rates vary according to the amount and types of items at each sale.
If you bring an item with a title (as in a vehicle), we must have a title in hand, signed with our notary, free and clear, or with an attached lien release, before we will advertise or sell the item. Please have all personal items removed from the vehicle before the sale starts. When the auctioneer says ‘sold’, the keys will be handed to the buyer in the property becomes theirs.
If you buy an item with a title and pay cash, you will receive the title when you pay out. If you pay with a check or card, you will be given a bill of sale and a copy of the title and the title will be mailed to you after payment has been cleared.
We reserve the right to refuse any item. We do not accept items that we feel will not sell. If you bring an item that does not sell, you are responsible for having that item removed before noon the Sunday, following the sale or a cleanup fee may be subtracted from your total sales.
No checks will be written on-site. You can get with Sarah at the sale about making special arrangements to pick up your check at their office, or all checks will be mailed out the Wednesday following the sale.
McNiel Auction Services offers a wide variety of trucking options and would be very open to talking to you about your shipping needs! Please call Pecos at 918-671-3652 with any questions.
